Fit Pulse Walking Pad Returns & 6-Month Limited Guarantee Policy
1. Return Window
- Customers can return the Fit Pulse walking pad within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Condition for Returns
- The walking pad must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any promotional items included.
- Used walking pads cannot be returned. If the product shows signs of use, it will not be eligible for a refund.
3. 6-Month Limited Guarantee
- The Fit Pulse walking pad comes with a 6-month limited guarantee covering manufacturing defects and issues arising from normal, fair use.
- Fair Use Exception: If the walking pad is used by an individual over 120 kg, and the motor burns out or fails due to excessive weight, the product will not be eligible for refund or replacement under the guarantee.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
- If the walking pad arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
5. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@myfitpulse.co.za or call 012 656 0333 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the walking pad securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number inside the package.
- Ship the product to the return address provided by our team.
6. Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Shipping costs for non-defective returns are non-refundable.
7. Exceptions
- Products marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective or damaged.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
